Product Overview
A bellow lives a hard life: it flexes with every turn and stroke while sealing a moving joint against water, dust and road grit. The convolution profile and wall thickness decide whether it lasts the life of the vehicle or splits early. We mould bellows to your convolution geometry with even wall sections so the flex load spreads evenly across every fold.
Parts are produced in compounds formulated for repeated flex fatigue and weather exposure, then checked for wall uniformity before release.
