Our rubber hoses are engineered for reliable fluid transfer in automotive cooling, fuel, and hydraulic systems. We manufacture radiator hoses, coolant hoses, fuel delivery hoses, and custom-profile industrial hoses — all produced to OEM drawing specifications with controlled wall thickness and bore dimensions.
Material options include EPDM (excellent ozone and heat resistance for coolant applications), NBR (superior fuel and oil resistance), and EPDM/SBR blends. Straight, elbow, and complex-profile geometries are produced using compression and transfer molding with fabric or wire reinforcement options.

Suspension bushings, chassis mounts, and engine sub-frame isolators — our rubber bushings absorb vibration and road noise at the points where steel meets steel in automotive structures. The right bushing compound and geometry determines how much of the road the driver feels; we take that responsibility seriously.
Available in plain rubber, bonded to mild steel, or bonded to customer-supplied metal inserts. We work in Natural Rubber for compliance and damping, NBR for oil-environment applications, and EPDM for weather-exposed chassis locations. Metal-bonded bushings are produced using our specialized bonded press molding process with vulcanization under controlled temperature and dwell time.

A gasket that fails is not a minor inconvenience — in an engine or hydraulic system, it can mean catastrophic fluid loss. Our gaskets are molded and die-cut to match flange face profiles precisely, ensuring reliable sealing under compressive load, thermal cycling, and the chemical environment of the application.
We manufacture engine gaskets, manifold gaskets, flange seals, and custom profile flat gaskets. Compounds include EPDM (steam and hot water resistant), NBR (oil and fuel), Silicone (high temperature), and Viton/FKM (aggressive chemical environments). Thickness from 1mm to 15mm, profiled or flat, as per customer drawing.

The O-ring is one of the most widely used sealing elements in engineering — and one of the most tolerance-sensitive. A few hundredths of a millimeter off on the cross-section or inner diameter can mean the difference between a reliable static seal and a slow leak that escapes incoming QC and shows up in the field.
We supply O-rings in NBR (the standard for oil, fuel, and hydraulic fluid applications), EPDM (water, steam, and brake fluid), Silicone (food-grade and high-temperature), Viton/FKM (aggressive chemicals and high-temperature fuel systems), and Natural Rubber. Standard AS568, BS1806, and metric sizes, plus custom tooled sizes from customer drawings. Supplied in individual bags, bulk, or on string for large-volume OEM deliveries.

CV joint boots, steering rack bellows, and driveshaft dust covers are high-wear, safety-critical parts. The bellows must flex through thousands of articulation cycles without cracking, must seal grease inside and exclude water and grit from outside, and must survive road splash, stone impacts, and temperature swings from sub-zero winters to summer underbody temperatures.
We manufacture bellows in EPDM and Neoprene (CR) — both excellent performers in dynamic flex and environmental exposure applications. Transfer molding is used for complex bellow geometries that require precise convolute profiles and wall thickness control. New bellow profiles are tooled from customer 2D drawings or 3D models via our in-house Tool Room.

Axle end caps, tie rod dust covers, and steering joint protection caps do a simple but essential job — they keep contamination out of moving and lubricated surfaces. A failed dust cap that allows road grit into a tie rod end or ball joint accelerates wear and can lead to premature component failure.
Our dust caps are molded in EPDM and NR compounds for long-service life in underbody exposure conditions. Snap-fit, press-fit, and clip-retain profiles to suit different joint geometries. New profiles are developed from customer drawings with prototype approval before series tooling.

Rubber buffers, bump stops, and anti-vibration pads manage energy at the end of suspension travel and at structural contact points throughout a vehicle. The compound stiffness, geometry, and load-deflection characteristic of a buffer determines the quality of the ride and the protection of adjacent metal components at full suspension compression.
We manufacture bump stops, jounce buffers, and NVH isolation pads in Natural Rubber and NBR compounds. Industrial anti-vibration pads — used in machinery mounts, compressor bases, and equipment isolation — are produced in a range of hardness grades from 40 Shore A to 70 Shore A based on load requirement. Custom geometries to drawing.
